Beginning on Friday, August 14, and continuing through Sunday, August 16, more than 15,000 people will gather in one of Wood Dale's community parks to celebrate the 7th annual Wood Dale Prairie Fest.

Situated in DuPage County, one of the nation's richest counties, Wood Dale is currently experiencing growth in both its industrial district as well as its downtown area. Wood Dale Summer Fest boasts a wide variety of food, regional and national music acts, a fireworks show, carnival, pet parade and much more! This year's fest will feature '60s music legends The Buckinghams!

Each time the opening notes to “Kind of a Drag” come on the air, whether it’s your car radio, your phone, or choice of streaming media, the first 23 notes you hear inform you immediately that not only are you hearing “Kind of a Drag,” but you are hearing The Buckinghams.
