The Buckinghams Will Join Happy Together Tour 2022 for 40+ Concerts

Are you ready for the most fun in live music? The concert tour of your teenage years returns, and Carl Giammarese and Nick Fortuna are delighted to announce they'll be performing on 44 of the more than 50 concerts that will take place nationwide this year! Beginning on June 1, The Buckinghams re-join the summer adventures of the rolling extravaganza better known as the Happy Together Tour 2022! Performing their biggest hits of the 1960s and 1970s, The Turtles, Gary Puckett & The Union Gap, The Association, The Buckinghams, The Vogues and The Cowsills return for the Happy Together Tour 2022. Combined, these musicians are responsible for at least 61 Billboard Top 40 smashes. The first Happy Together Tour, produced by Howard Silverman and David Fishof, took place in 1984, and The Buckinghams joined in 1985 for the second HTT, sponsored by Members Only. In 1985 that year the tour was named in the Top 10 highest grossing tours in the United States. After a

Summer Travels with The Buckinghams: Palace Theatre, Greensburg, PA

After a 19-month hiatus from road trips Carl Giammarese and Nick Fortuna traveled to Greensburg, PA, to join the Happy Together Tour 2021 in progress for the first of four dates this summer. These concerts had been originally scheduled for 2020 but we all know what happened to live music last year. This year, audiences have been even more effusive, excited, and complimentary about the chance to see live performances again. The familiar lyric from Joni Mitchell rings true: “You don’t know what you’ve got ‘til it’s gone.” (Joni Mitchell, “Big Yellow Taxi”). The lineup for this concert included The Turtles (Mark Volman and Ron Dante), The Association, The Buckinghams, and The Cowsills. Because the tour had to cancel their entire 2020 year, the Happy Together Tour is now in their 12th anniversary year, as the first 25th anniversary of the first tour was in 2010. Featured here is a series of songs performed by Carl and Nick at the beautiful, historic Palace Theatre, b

Happy Together Tour 2021 includes The Buckinghams in Four Concerts

Since the 2020 Happy Together Tour had to be put on hold for COVID-19 safety precautions, audiences are doubly ready for the popular concert tour to once again return to many of the towns where they were in 2019. The Buckinghams were slated to join the tour on four concerts in 2020, so they are slated to appear on those same four concerts in 2021. The primary artists this year are The Turtles (Mark Volman and Ron Dante), The Cowsills, Gary Puckett & The Union Gap, The Vogues, The Association, The Classics IV, and on all the concerts except the ones The Buckinghams are on, the great Chuck Negron is appearing. Rehearsing for The Happy Together Tour 2019

As of this date, there are 53 Happy Together Concert performances for the 2019. First up is State Theatre in New Brunswick, New Jersey, on Wednesday, May 29th, but before the tour begins, you're looking at six different musical acts, a single backing band to keep up with all their songs, and then introductions of each group plus the evening's finale where everyone is on stage to sing. And you need the show producer who puts all these details together bringing the shows to your hometown. The producers are formally known as Flower Power Concerts, Inc., but that's actually the brainchild of Toby Ludwig and Ron Hausfeld. They're the same fellas who are behind several nationally popular tours, including "Hippiefest," "Rock the Yacht" Tour, "Happy Together" Tour and the soon-to-launch "It Was Fifty Years Ago Today" Tour. Although many of these artists have been on tour together before in previous tour configurations, the magic just do

Giving Our Friends and Fans a Sneak Preview of the Happy Together Tour for 2016 (The Turtles, Chuck Negron, The Cowsills, Gary Puckett, The Spencer Davis Group, & Mark Lindsay) Will Rock Your Summer 2016

Many of you have e-mailed and posted on The Buckinghams' Facebook page, asking why The Buckinghams are not on the Happy Together Tour next summer. We just wanted to take a minute and share that The Buckinghams were honored to be invited to participate in next year's tour, but Carl and Nick decided that they would like to take a break for a year and concentrate on touring with their band for another summer to remember. Fact is that every year The Turtles vary the lineup, and select from all the great classic rock artists to keep things fresh and new for the faithful fans who come out, year after year, to hear everyone. Carl Giammarese said, "We've been extremely privileged to be on this tour 5 of the past 7 years of the Happy Together Tour's Anniversary Run, just as we were back in the 1985-1986 tour in the second year in that historic concert series." The Buckinghams band will be performing around the country this summer, so be sure and check out the websi

Thank You!

I have been meaning to write a message and now I'm finally getting around to it. On behalf of Nick and I, I want to thank everyone who came out to see us on the Happy Together Tour making it even more successful than last years tour. We had a great lineup this year which included our good friends The Grass Roots, The Association, Mark Lindsay, and of course Mark and Howard, The Turtles. Of course we couldn't do it without a fabulous band behind us and a wonderful crew. To our tour producer Ron Hausfeld thank you. This fabulous year continues for The Buckinghams, so we look forward to seeing everyone at our upcoming dates. Thank you, Carl Giammarese Cross posted on Facebook here .
